Module for the development of optimised ceramic calculations
It is essential for every company which carries out research and development of bodies, frits and glazes.
Beginning from information contained in the oxide archives, raw materials and semimanufactured (bodies, frits and glazes), Glaze Master calculation skills are really incredible: it allows, infact, to carry out optimized calculation regarding every parameter (minimum cost, minimum loss of ignition, minimum impurity… etc.)during the creation or the reformulation of a product (frit, body, glaze, considering its chemical composition, but also its mineralogical structure, its granulometric distribution and its technological behaviour in green, dry and fired. It is also possible to fix constraints for using raw materials, considering in this way the ceramist experience. Glaze Master is a very essential instrument for a ceramist who uses it to develop all the ceramic calculations, in few minutes, reaching some results which are beyond the manual calculation.
