Modules of mills Database - Base module This module is made up of the main archive and it quickly and precisely organizes all the information about oxides, raw materials and semifinished products. Thanks to this module, the primary information of the ceramic industry is managed and organized in a unique archive, recording the company's wealth of experience. A special research function provides a list of all the semifinished products containing specific quantities of raw material. All of this means, that the company's accumulated experience can be used to realize new semifinished products, consulting previously developed formulas. Ball Mills Module Thanks to this module it is possibile to manage and print, for every semifinished product, the charge card of mills: optimising the mill charges for every semifinished product and reducing to a minimum the waste of materials in comparison with the quantities necessary to satisfy the fixed production program. <---Back |
