The only lab instrument allows the technicians get a more complete characterization of the evaluated materials, indeed:
- thanks to the optical dilatometer without any contact the dimensional variations of the specimen, such as the thermal expansion variation and the expansion coefficient, can be analyzed during the thermal cycles, also identifying the temperatures of glass transition and dilatometric softening of the single materials;
- thanks to the optical dilatometer it will be possible to optimize the industrial firing cycle and/or to develop the material, thanks to the sintering analysis.
